Your Opportunity!
We now have an exciting opportunity for a full-time HVAC Salesperson to join our established business, based out of our Acacia Ridge, QLD office and working down the Eastern Seaboard.
In this integral role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, while also identifying and securing upsell and new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Growing existing customer accounts with an annual spend of $30,000+
- Acquiring new customers
- Continuing professional development with accreditations and learning
- Supporting sales activities, including attending trade shows, events and marketing campaigns
- Developing strategies to retain, grow, and acquire business
- Forecasting and delivering against
Your prior industry experience in commercial HVAC and client contacts will give you the confidence to effectively manage the existing portfolio of commercial clients within the Greater Brisbane and Metro area - quickly establishing credibility by responding to, and resolving their enquiries.
About You
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience working in a commercial HVAC environment in a comparative Sales or Estimator role, providing you with the technical HVAC knowledge and aptitude required to be successful.
As you will be meeting regularly with clients in person and over the phone, it's crucial you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you'll need to be organised, with the ability to juggle competing priorities, and comfortable working independently. The role requires someone with a degree of flexibility so you can work to client and market demands.
It is essential you be confident in the use of computers and workflow programs, in order to make use of the company’s cloud-based systems. You must also be competent in generating sales reports and creating forecasts (or have the aptitude to learn), as well as having the ability to read and interpret HVAC mechanical drawings.
Please note: The successful candidate will require an unrestricted Manual Australian Drivers License.
